Event Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time by contacting Member Services. We will honor transfers reported in advance.
If registration is canceled before April 8, 2023, we will refund the entire registration.
If a registration is canceled on or after April 8, 2023, we will refund 75% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular).
If registration is canceled on or after April 29, 2023, we will refund 50% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular).
If registration is canceled on or after May 17, 2024, there will be no refunds for cancellations. Again, registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time, provided we are notified beforehand.
