40 years in Business Development leadership roles with Boeing, Battelle, Microsoft, and Shipley Associates. Joining APMP in its second year, helping the association grow and evolve, and serving on the APMP Board of Directors.

What does being an APMP Fellow mean to you?

It is an honor and a privilege to be an APMP Fellow.

What's your best memory from attending an APMP event?

Too many to cite. Networking and mentoring, meeting people new to the profession, and helping them on their journey.

What advice do you have for a proposal professional entering our field?

These skills provide a foundation that can take you in many directions. It is a path to your passions.

 

The time was a good investment, and I expect to reap benefits now and in the future!

Understanding the principles of Deal-Strategy, Win-Strategy, Competitor-Analysis, Ghosting, Persuasive Writing, Features/Benefits/Discriminators, and many more is essential and beneficial for so much more than just the Executive Summary.
