Conference Registration

Our full conference registration grants access to the entire event, inclusive of most meals and all scheduled activities. Special networking events include the Regi-ception, scheduled for Sunday, June 2nd, from 6 PM to 8 PM, and the TARA on Tuesday, June 3rd, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Certification Day

Sunday, June 2, 2024, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

APMP is offering a Foundation Level Certification Training and Exam at BPC NOLA. This is a separate registration from the event. This day-long intensive Foundation-level certification course includes lunch and will conclude with an in-person exam. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a bid and proposals environment. This is available as an in-person offering only. At its completion, candidates sit the paper-based, multiple-choice exam. Initial results (pass/fail) are delivered on the same day. The testing organization will formally process and confirm official results via the APMG Candidate Portal within 2 working days of receipt of the exams. 

Cost for Certification Day: $760 (members), $965 (nonmembers)

Cancellation/Transfer Policy for Conference and Certification Day Registrations: 

Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time by contacting Member Services([email protected]). We will honor transfers reported in advance. 

If registration is canceled before April 8, 2024, we will refund the entire registration. 

If registration is canceled on or after April 8, 2024, we will refund 75% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular). 

If registration is canceled on or after April 29, 2024, we will refund 50% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular). 

If registration is canceled on or after May 17, 2024, there will be no refunds for cancellations. Again, registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time, provided we are notified beforehand.

  1. What is the Regiception and TARA event? 
    1. The Regi-ception is the kickoff of the conference at BPC US and includes pre-check-in, while indulging in delectable passed appetizers and refreshments from our bars. Fuelled by high energy, this gathering in our exhibitor area presents a prime opportunity to forge valuable connections with fellow attendees and exhibitors alike. 
    2. The TARA (The Art of Reconnecting Annually) is our grand conference celebration encompassing networking, engaging activities, delectable cuisine, and refreshing libations. Immerse yourself in the themed ambiance and engaging activities tailored for attendees, creating unforgettable moments of connection and camaraderie. 
  2. Does my registration include the Regi-ception and TARA? 
    1. Yes, your full conference registration grants access to all conference content, including meals and events. 
  3. Can I bring someone with me to the TARA? 
    1. If your guest is not a conference attendee, you must purchase a Companion registration for them to attend. This pass provides access to both the Regi-ception and TARA. Please contact our Member Value Team to purchase. 
  4. I need an invoice for my registration for payment or reimbursement purposes. 
    1. Please contact our Member Value Team at [email protected], and they will gladly provide the necessary documentation. 
  5. How do I register multiple people for the event? 
    1. For assistance with registering multiple individuals, please reach out to our Member Value Team at [email protected], and they will assist you promptly. 
  6. What time should we arrive for the conference? 
    1. Our first gathering is on Sunday, June 2nd. We recommend arriving in time to join us for that event, whether it means arriving on Saturday or Sunday, based on your convenience. The event concludes on Wednesday, June 5th, at 12:15 PM. Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly to join us for the closing ceremony. 
  7. Is there an event app we will be using? 
    1. Yes, we will utilize Zoom Events for the BPC NOLA. You will be added to the event app on May 13th. Please ensure that the email associated with your registration has a Zoom account. If not, you can create one for free to ensure access to the event app.

Call for Presenters

The call for submissions for BPC NOLA has officially ended, and we are no longer accepting applications for this year's event. However, keep an eye out for BPC US 2025, as submissions will open in November 2024. Thank you to all who participated, and we look forward to an exciting event! 

This was my first APMP event, and I was wholly impressed. The energy in the room reignited my passion for this industry, and I can't wait to get back to my team to implement what I have learned.
