Maintaining Your APMP Certification

Throughout the fall of 2019, APMP will be slowly rolling out improvements to how members track their CEUs. This will not impact nonmembers. Read more about the changes here.

Each level of APMP certification requires that you maintain your credentials through ongoing professional development, measured in Continued Education Units (CEUs).

Certified people have two years to earn the required number of CEUs, after which the certification is renewed another two years (and the count of CEUs resets to zero).

APMP Certification Level Required CEUs
to Maintain Certification
Foundation 20 CEUs
Practitioner 40 CEUs
Professional 40 CEUs
