APMP Foundation Level Certification Day | Wednesday, May 13, 2026

APMP is offering a Foundation Level Certification Training and Exam at BPC Denver. This is a separate registration from the event. This day-long intensive Foundation-level certification course includes lunch and will conclude with an in-person exam. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a bid and proposal environment. This is available as an in-person offering only. At its completion, candidates sit the paper-based, multiple-choice exam. Initial results (pass/fail) are delivered on the same day. The testing organization will formally process and confirm official results cis the APMG Candidate Portal within 2 working days of receipt of the exams.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — BPC 2026 and BPC Certification Day 2026

  • Through February 20, 2026: Full refund, minus a non-refundable $100 administrative fee.*
  • February 20 - April 3, 2026: 50% refund of the original registration fee, minus the $100 administrative fee.*
  • After April 3, 2026: No refunds will be issued.*

*Registrations can be transferred at any time without charge. See below for more information.

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the APMP Member Value Team at [email protected] in order to be considered. 

APMP does not offer refunds for no-shows or unused registration codes.

All cancellation requests outside the normal cancellation policy are subject to review. Requests for exceptions to the policy must be submitted in writing with appropriate supporting documentation by May 1, 2026. Please note: submitting a request does not guarantee an exception. Only serious, extenuating circumstances will be considered.

Transfers

Registration transfers are gladly accepted. A transfer must be requested in writing prior to the conference and send to [email protected].

  • Onsite transfers must include proof of approval from the original registrant.
  • Only one transfer is permitted per original registration.
  • The person requesting the registration transfer is responsible for any outstanding balance.
  • Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

APMP is pleased to offer our attendees a discounted group rate of $275/night for single or double occupancy traditional rooms.

Please note the following additional charges apply per night:

  • A resort fee of $28, plus applicable taxes
  • Room taxes totaling approximately 14,75%, plus a $4.50 per night city tax
  • An additional charge of $20 per night for each guest beyond double occupancy
  • Children 12 and under stay free when sharing a room with their parents

These fees are separate from the base room rate and will appear on your hotel bill.

What you need to know before you come to Colorado

Call for Presentations & Event Agenda

The Call for Breakout Presentation Proposals opens on September 1, 2025, and closes on December 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Important notes before submitting:

  • We are seeking vendor-neutral sessions that provide practical, actionable takeaways that attendees can implement right away, without reliance on specific products or services.
  • Only new, original content will be considered. Sessions that have been presented previously will not be accepted.
  • Proposals that promote a product, solution, or service will be disqualified.
    • Vendors and sponsors may showcase offerings through sponsored sessions, which become available when sponsorship opens in Q4 2025. These are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Submission applicants will be notified of the status of their proposals by late January 2026.

The final agenda will be released in February 2026 and appear in this section. It will also be shared via email once available.

Continuing Education: CEUs/CPDs for APMP Certifications

Attendees of BPC Denver can earn between 10-15 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours toward maintaining their APMP certifications. The final number of credits will be confirmed once the full agenda is released.

Instructions on how to claim and track your CEUs/CPDs will be provided closer to the event.

Event App

BPC Denver will feature a dedicated event app designed to enhance your conference experience, providing easy access to session details, speaker information, and networking tools all in one place.

Once you register, you'll receive an automated email with instructions for downloading and accessing the mobile app. You will use your same credentials you used to register to log into the app. Attendees will be given access to the BPC Denver app closer to the event date, with additional details and information shared in early 2026.

What is the Regi-ception?

  • Kick off BPC Denver at the Regi-ception, our welcome reception and registration experience! Get checked in, pick up your name badge and swag, and then head into the event space for an evening of networking. Enjoy light snacks, sip on a beverage, and connect with fellow attendees and exhibitors in a relaxed, energizing environment.
  • Join us on the evening of Wednesday, May 13, 2026, to start your BPC experience off right! Final event times and details will be announced closer to the conference.

What is the BPC TARA event?

  • The TARA (The Art of Reconnecting Annually) is our grand conference celebration encompassing networking, engaging activities, delectable cuisine, and refreshments. Immerse yourself in the themed ambiance and engaging activities tailored for attendees, creating unforgettable moments of connection and camaraderie.
  • Final event times and details will be announced closer to the conference.

Does my registration include the Regi-ception and TARA?

  • Yes, your full conference registration grants access to both of these events.

How do I register multiple people for the event?

  • For assistance with registering multiple individuals, please reach out to our Member Value Team at [email protected] and they will assist you promptly.

What time should we arrive for the conference?

  • Our first gathering is on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026. We recommend arriving in time to join us for that event, whether it means arriving on Tuesday or Wednesday, based on your convenience. The event concludes on Saturday, May 16th 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM. Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly to join us for the closing ceremony.

Is there an event app we will be using?

  • BPC Denver will provide an event app for conference attendees, ensuring a seamless experience with easy access to event content and networking opportunities. Attendees will be added to the app closer to the event date.
