Tracking and Claiming CEUs

Throughout the fall of 2019, APMP will slowly rollout improvements to how members track their CEUs. This will not impact nonmembers. Read more about the changes here.

APMP provides several ways for members to keep track of your CEUs earned throughout your two-year certification period via your CEU Journal (see below).

NOTE: Nonmembers must track and maintain evidence of their CEUs via whatever means necessary, in case of an audit. The following applies to APMP members only.

For example, attending an event produced by APMP (e.g., webinars, Bid & Proposal Con, chapter events, etc.) will automatically add the CEUs to members' "CEU Journal" here on

For other activities, members can easily submit CEUs to their journal for approval.

The table below lists CEU types and how they are recorded:

  1. Login to
  2. On the Home Page, find the My Profile block. Select "Manage Profile":
  3. Scroll down to the Content & Features section. Select “Professional Development”:
  4. This brings you to your journal. Follow instructions on the screen, to review, verify, or add manually CEUs you’ve earned.
